Helping the Bible society
The Bible Society exists "because millions lack the Bible in a language they can understand, in a form they can use or at a price they can afford. At the same time millions still have no understanding of the Bible’s value for them and their communities."
Particularly though their translation and distribution projects they perform a vital service and if you'd like to help them out in a way that doesn't involve giving money, you can fill out their "Bible crisis questionnaire". It asks questions about what the Bible means to you, why it doesn't mean much to most of the UK, and then gives you the opportunity to help shape their policies here and abroad by suggesting what you think they should be focusing on.
If you love God and His Word then I reckon this is a good way to spend five minutes.
