Piper on the "prosperity gospel"

John Piper is typically passionate and coruscating* here as he speaks about what is known as the "prosperity gospel". There's not much point my adding further comment as he goes deep into the issue.

The challenge of the Kingdom being 'now and not yet' is a tricky one to grasp, and "Your Kingdom come" is one of my most frequent prayers. I believe God desires to do many more amazing things amongst us, and I'm learning that they are not always the things I'm expecting.
